Your expertise in job description, design, sizing, salary structure, benchmarking, and budget management will be essential in shaping these initiatives. You will also play a key role in training and developing employees to enhance their skills and competencies while supporting change management efforts to cultivate a positive organizational culture. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing data to assess the impact of our organizational development strategies and suggesting enhancements. To qualify for this role, candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in organizational development and change management is crucial. Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent communication abilities are highly desirable. Possessing CIPD L5 or SHRM certification would be advantageous.
