As a Supplier Quality Manager at Arctech, you will be responsible for overseeing international supplier quality management and establishing quality systems. You will conduct audits and evaluations of suppliers, develop corrective action plans, and implement a supplier assessment mechanism to ensure compliance with our quality standards. Additionally, you will work closely with third-party quality inspection agencies, monitor production processes, and conduct factory inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate for this role should have over 8 years of experience in supplier quality management, with expertise in developing and auditing new suppliers. Knowledge of Saudi procurement models and experience in managing international suppliers is essential. Fluency in spoken English and willingness to travel frequently are also required. A background in the machining industry or engineering/science is preferred, along with the ability to interpret drawings clearly and familiarity with process machining workflows. Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and leadership qualities are crucial for coordinating different functional departments to ensure project completion.
