We specialize in providing enterprise-wide business transformation and business applications implementation services to our clients. The ideal candidate for this role must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and as an Organizational Development (OD) Specialist. Proficiency in HRMS, preferably ORACLE-HRMS, and MS Office is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting HR and organizational development activities by focusing on tasks such as job descriptions, performance management, and data analysis. Additionally, the candidate should possess skills in manpower planning, monitoring budgets, tracking KPIs, and identifying trends such as turnover.

A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
