Project Manager

As the Project Manager at Artificial Intelligence Global Company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various elements of our PMO Program and Project Management business. Your responsibilities will include managing Scope, Schedule, Cost, Risk, and Change Management aspects of key projects or programs. You will lead teams and matrix reports to ensure the successful execution of day-to-day project requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing project resources and tasks involving Contractors, vendors, and third parties by defining effective project tasks and allocating resources efficiently.

In this role, you will be expected to effectively manage and control project costs by developing comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, implementing changes when necessary to achieve project outputs, ensuring timely processing of invoices after receiving deliverables, and conducting risk management activities to minimize potential risks. You will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling project schedules by developing detailed project plans, scheduling timelines accurately, measuring performance using appropriate tools, reporting progress to management as needed, and escalating issues promptly.
