We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving regional volume, sales, and gross margin targets while managing relationships with key accounts and distributors. Key responsibilities include sharing market knowledge, assessing new products for market suitability, developing marketing programs in collaboration with partners, and building industry relationships across the region.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Middle East food service industry, with at least 3 years managing distributors and key accounts. They should possess front-line sales experience, strong sales strategies, and account management skills. Additionally, candidates should have experience in NPD processes, bringing products to market, understanding P&L dynamics, and familiarity with Saudi and UAE import regulations. A 4-year degree is required for this role, with an MBA being preferred.
