The Accounting Manager-OTC & Governance will report directly to the Accounting Director, overseeing all accounting activities related to Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and governance. This role requires a keen understanding of global and local compliance requirements, as well as the ability to address challenges and implement effective mitigations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance of the Department, ensuring that any deviations are promptly identified and resolved to meet performance targets. Additionally, they will oversee AR ledger activities to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities of this role include maintaining billing accounting records in Oracle, creating customer age reports at month-end or ad-hoc intervals, and generating various reports for management information purposes. The Accounting Manager-OTC & Governance will play a crucial role in verifying accurate monitoring of account balances across different customer segments and supporting the creation of an efficient bad-debt provisioning mechanism. • 5+ years of experience in accounting
• Experience with Oracle or similar accounting software
• Knowledge of global and local compliance requirements
