As a Performance Manager at Assembly Global, you will play a pivotal role in creating and optimizing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms from scratch. Your responsibilities will include analyzing campaign results to derive actionable insights for internal teams and external stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in bid strategies, audience targeting, and campaign structuring to optimize Search and Social campaigns effectively. Additionally, you will be instrumental in budget management across multiple markets according to client KPIs. Your proficiency with tools like Google Keyword Planner, YouTube Planner, Facebook Campaign Planner, Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint/Google Slides will be crucial for success in this role.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing focusing on paid search and paid social. Strong attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, excellent communication skills across various stakeholders both internally and externally are essential qualities we seek.
