We are looking for an individual who can lead strategic growth initiatives by developing and expanding a successful Channel Partner Program as our Business Development and Partnerships Manager in KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the full sales cycle, engaging with key clients and partners, and generating reliable enterprise leads to support business growth within Saudi Arabia's dynamic market. Your efforts will directly contribute to revenue expansion while ensuring seamless delivery of customized solutions to our clients.

As the Business Development and Partnerships Manager at AstroLabs, your responsibilities will include building out a Channel Partner Program to generate a consistent stream of enterprise leads, managing all leads through personal meetings or online interactions with potential clients to understand their needs better. You will sign up partners aligned with business goals for lead referral services within the AstroLabs client network. Additionally, you will engage in cold outbound outreach to prospective clients independently leading the entire sales cycle from prospecting to conversion. Identifying target companies, sectors, and countries for efficient lead generation will be crucial as you engage with businesses looking to expand their presence in KSA.
