We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team.

As a Supply Chain Manager at Atmata, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the overall supply chain strategy. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless operations. Your duties will include determining key supply chain KPIs, suggesting solutions for process improvements, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing timely solutions. Additionally, you will train and evaluate team members, provide constructive feedback, and work with finance, sales, and manufacturing teams to determine the best vendors and distributors. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors will also be a key aspect of your role.

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 3-5 years of previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager. Hands-on experience with supply chain management software such as SAP MM, AP Modules, SAP Plant Maintenance is required. A sense of ownership and pride in your performance's impact on the company's success is essential. Critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, teamwork capabilities, good time-management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a similar relevant field is a minimum educational requirement.
