ATWAR EST, a leading company in Saudi Arabia's automotive industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing employee files, archiving documents (both paper and digital), and overseeing various aspects of car insurance management for our employees.

Your responsibilities will include updating and archiving vehicle files, following up on car negotiations, managing accident claims and car repairs, as well as ensuring the timely renewal of forms and official papers related to vehicles. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing HR program entries and handling employee medical insurance management tasks such as adding or deleting coverage, renewing policies, making payments, and obtaining insurance quotes. To excel in this role, you must possess strong computer literacy skills and be proficient in using office programs like Advanced Excel and Word. Excellent communication skills are also essential for effectively interacting with colleagues and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience in human resources coordination. It is preferred that candidates are based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, hold Saudi Arabian nationality, and possess a Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
