As a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to develop effective hiring strategies and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding successful hires. Collaborating with department heads, you will define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions to attract the right candidates. Utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting techniques will be essential in your role.
As a key member of our team, you will conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure that candidates meet both job and company expectations. Maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the process is crucial to enhancing their overall experience. Additionally, you will manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently to keep track of all hiring activities and maintain an organized recruitment process.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and at least 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role. Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment software, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are key qualifications for this position.
