We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for the seafood category who will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of our seafood supply chain. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing procurement, quality assurance, inventory management, and distribution processes. By aligning operational strategies with business objectives, the Operations Manager will drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and market growth within the seafood segment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize the performance of the seafood category.
- Align category goals with organizational objectives and market demands.

Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee sourcing, procurement, and logistics to ensure consistent and high-quality seafood supply.
- Manage supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery schedules.

Inventory and Distribution:
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock, minimize waste, and meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Additionally, they should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management within the seafood or foodservice industry. A proven track record in supply chain optimization and team leadership is essential for this role. Knowledge of HORECA industry dynamics is advantageous, as well as certifications in supply chain management or operations (e.g., CSCP, PMP).
