Our client, a prominent player in the entertainment sector and an investment arm of PIF in KSA, is looking to fill the position of Head Chef at their complexes in Tabuk or Abha. They are seeking individuals with a strong background in casual dining concepts, particularly those with experience in GCC countries and a focus on maintaining high standards and branding. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in overseeing culinary operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences.

As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for developing F&B stand-alone menus, implementing materials control software, managing menu engineering and recipe management processes, and leading HACCP protocols at an intermediate level. Additionally, you will be involved in creating culinary marketing strategies, analyzing F&B profit & loss at a multi-brand level, and overseeing large culinary teams. Pre-opening experience and brand launch exposure would be advantageous for this role.

To qualify for this position, candidates must have 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing multiple F&B casual dining operations, possess relevant certifications such as HACCP or Food Safety Certifications, and demonstrate a track record of success in restaurant management. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering exceptional service culture, implementing training programs effectively across teams, and driving operational excellence within the culinary department.
