As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's future by developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that aligns with our vision. Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing a cohesive marketing and sales strategy aimed at achieving growth targets while enhancing market positioning. You will conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to make informed strategic decisions that set us apart within the industry. Additionally, you will oversee all marketing efforts including branding, content creation, social media management, digital campaigns, public relations activities while ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms.
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
You will mentor and inspire a high-performing sales team by setting ambitious goals and optimizing every stage of the sales funnel. Developing pricing strategies that remain competitive while driving profitability is also part of your responsibility. By analyzing data insights effectively, you will improve lead generation, conversion rates, customer loyalty while staying ahead of trends to implement cutting-edge tactics.
Qualifications & Experience:
To qualify for this position, you must hold a Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline with at least 9-11 years of experience in marketing or sales roles. A minimum of 5 years in senior leadership positions is required along with proven expertise in data-driven decision-making, project management skills as well as successful track record in high-impact marketing campaigns. Possessing certifications in analytics such as CAP or CCP would be advantageous.
