We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead for our KSA branch who will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent across all business functions within BRF KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving employer branding, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with Saudization and labor laws to contribute to the company's overall growth and success.

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus). Experience in talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, recruitment processes optimization, and knowledge of Saudization laws will be advantageous.
