We are currently looking for a skilled Commercial Director to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial operations for large-scale projects such as mixed-use developments and iconic infrastructure. Your role will involve leading procurement activities, managing contracts effectively, and ensuring accurate cost planning throughout project lifecycles. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and nurturing strong relationships with high-value stakeholders to drive project success.
To excel in this role, you must possess an MRICS certification and hold a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. Ideal candidates will have proven consultancy experience within top-tier PMCs or engineering consultancies and extensive knowledge of the GCC region's regulations, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from SAR 70,000 to 75,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
