As a Procurement Manager at BuildMate™, your primary responsibility will be to select, analyze, and evaluate the performance of the construction and heavy equipment industry as well as materials in KSA. You will need to develop your knowledge of building materials, possess analytical thinking skills, and stay updated on the latest innovations in the industry. Your duties will include identifying contractors and materials suppliers across all provinces in KSA, verifying their listings on our platform for accuracy and avoiding duplication. Building strong relationships with various stakeholders through effective communication is essential for this role.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business code of ethics while continuously developing department policies and standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate for this position should have a bachelor's degree in Costing, Business Management or an engineering field (preferably with Supply Chain Management experience). Proficiency in Windows and MS Office Applications such as PowerPoint, as well as experience with ORACLE/SAP Procurement systems is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic along with fluency in English are essential for this role.
