Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing financial strategies that align with the company's vision. Collaborating closely with the CEO and executive team, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. Your expertise in finance and management will be instrumental in optimizing the company's capital structure through debt structuring and securing favorable financing terms.

In addition to financial leadership responsibilities, you will also be tasked with identifying and mitigating financial risks while ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Cultivating strong relationships within the Saudi banking and investment communities will be essential for capital raising efforts and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong finance-based analytical skills, proven experience as a CFO (preferably in a tech company or fast-growing industry), expertise in managing investor relations and capital-raising strategies, excellent leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, and communication skills. While a CPA or MBA is preferred but not required, candidates should have at least 10 years of finance experience.
