We are currently seeking a Project Director to join our team in the KSA Western Province. This role is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Facility Management or Project/Operations Management. As the Project Director, you will be responsible for supervising both Hard and Soft services within the project scope. This includes overseeing Maintenance Services, Horticulture & Pest Control Services, Janitorial & Housekeeping Services, Accommodation Services, as well as Office Services while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Environment standards.

Your primary responsibilities will involve defining and implementing project strategies and business plans, developing operational efficiency plans, presenting objectives to Senior Leadership, and ensuring contract requirements are met effectively. You will manage budgets and resource allocation while monitoring progress across all ongoing tasks and projects. Additionally, maintaining high performance standards for all services within the project is crucial along with fostering strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Facility Management or equivalent field with at least 10 years of managerial experience. Possessing certifications within the FM industry and HSE certifications would be advantageous for this role.
