Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Business partnering- Financial budgeting and analysis- Working closely with the health care director to build short mid and long term strategy.- Using your knowledge of how hospitals, clinics and retail pharmacy's run and understanding their operation cycle, to build operational and financial kpi's for companies.- ERP System implementation and health care system implementation.- Meeting frequently with SFDA representatives- 8 accountants underneath you, doing the general accounting.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will :
- Have significant experience is Business Partnering and Financial Budgeting and Analysis.
- Strong financial acumen,
- Hospital, clinic, and retail pharmacy background.
- Knowledge of how these operations run, understanding operation cycle, in order to build operational and financial kpi's.
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Able to manage team
- CBA,CA,CMA or equivalent.
