Financial Controller

As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for various key areas within the finance department. You will establish and maintain internal control frameworks to ensure adherence to corporate policies and regulatory standards while overseeing delegation of authority. Managing taxation aspects and ensuring accurate filings as well as ongoing compliance with local tax authority regulations will be crucial. Leading accurate financial reporting processes, preparing documentation for audits, and liaising with the audit committee to ensure transparency and compliance with financial standards are also essential responsibilities. Additionally, you will supervise an Accounting Manager and Finance Manager to oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial analysis to drive efficiency and best practices.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly qualified finance professional with at least 10 years of experience in financial control, compliance, and reporting. Holding certifications such as CPA, SOCPA, CA or ACCA is preferred. The successful applicant must have proven expertise in taxation, financial reporting, internal control frameworks with familiarity in Saudi regulations. Experience working with SAP software and a background in a Big 4 firm or equivalent exposure in Saudi Arabia are strong advantages. Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams towards IPO readiness and operational excellence is key.
