Our client, a leading healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple facilities in Al Qassim. As the Regional Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring consistency in service delivery and compliance with company standards across all facilities. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for operational improvement, analyzing financial and operational performance metrics, collaborating with clinic managers to optimize staffing and workflows, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), along with 7-10 years of experience in operations management within the healthcare or service industry. You should have experience managing operations during organizational transformations or large-scale change projects, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent analytical abilities, effective communication skills, resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment, and knowledge of local healthcare regulations in Saudi Arabia.
