As a Strategic Account Manager, you will work closely with the Regional Head Quarters Manager and division managers to develop and implement customized strategies aimed at expanding revenue streams within existing accounts. You will also be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, driving upselling opportunities, and ensuring client retention across accounts in the Kingdom. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients will be crucial to driving growth and retention within your portfolio.

In this role, you will provide regular forecasting updates and sales pipeline forecasts to senior management, maintaining accurate records of client interactions within CRM systems. Additionally, you will create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities in the Kingdom, represent the company at industry events, analyze market trends for strategic decision-making purposes, manage budgets effectively, and prepare comprehensive sales reports for senior management review.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (a Master's degree is an advantage), along with 5-7 years of experience in office management focusing on financial management and regulatory affairs. Proven experience in representing a company at government agencies and managing clients is essential. With over 10 years of experience in KSA, you should possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a track record of achieving sales targets.
