• Oversee all operational aspects of the construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Streamline processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Take responsibility for the company's financial health by establishing and monitoring financial targets, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee all logistics functions (transportation, warehousing, distribution) and continuous improvement across all logistics functions.
• Build a high-performing leadership team and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Forge strong relationships with industry stakeholders and advocate for policies that benefit the logistics sector.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively to achieve the strategic goals.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of logistics leadership experience.
• Proven record of strategic planning and execution.
• Deep understanding of the logistics industry.
• Strong financial acumen & budgeting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
