In this pivotal role as CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring the company's financial health, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Your primary duties will include developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives, managing budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial reporting to the Board of Directors, identifying and mitigating financial risks, leading the finance team towards excellence, optimizing profitability through cost control measures, managing investments for sustainable growth, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred), along with a minimum of 10 years of financial leadership experience - at least 5 years in a senior role within the retail industry. Strong analytical skills, strategic planning abilities, proficiency in financial software systems, excellent communication skills coupled with proven leadership capabilities are essential requirements for this position.
