We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our Field Sales Management team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in partnering with our most valued customers to deliver advanced technical solutions from our extensive portfolio, driving focused business outcomes for both the customers and CSG.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing account-based strategies to generate recurring growth on existing accounts while simplifying value propositions for customers. You will execute a territory-based sales strategy in your assigned portfolio, focusing on growth and retention through strong Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to leverage their customer and sales experience to drive growth through advanced account planning and business development strategies within specific customer segments or verticals.
Key responsibilities include providing detailed sales forecasting with an emphasis on ARR growth, understanding customers' business strategies and industry direction, building relationships with key decision-makers at various levels within customer organizations, and identifying the right resources to support account negotiations. The Sales Manager will also advocate for customers internally, ensuring that their needs are met post-sales and orchestrating internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a strong understanding of technology landscapes, business drivers, strategic growth plans, and who can align partner solutions with customer industry needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be adept at leveraging sales tools effectively to meet customer needs, and be able to develop tailored solutions that align with customers' key performance indicators (KPIs).
