We are seeking a Business Development Director for our Real Estate Investment Department who will be responsible for strategically developing and expanding our real estate investment portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Saudi Arabian market trends and regulations, along with strong financial management skills. They must demonstrate expertise in overseeing complicated investment projects to ensure optimal terms and successful outcomes.

The Business Development Director will conduct thorough financial assessments to evaluate real estate investment potential, negotiate deals with stakeholders, oversee feasibility studies and HBU analyses for accuracy, and develop strategies that align with our growth objectives. Additionally, they will prepare RFPs, evaluate bids from potential partners, negotiate favorable terms in partnership agreements, stay updated on market trends and compliance regulations in Saudi Arabia, build strong relationships with investors and stakeholders, and manage key accounts to ensure satisfaction.

If you have a proven track record in real estate investment with successful project management experience, strong financial acumen including feasibility studies and deal structuring skills, a deep understanding of KSA real estate market trends and regulations, exceptional interpersonal skills for relationship management, excellent communication abilities for negotiation and presentation purposes, as well as the ability to develop effective business development strategies - we invite you to apply.
