As the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including service, logistics, and inventory management. Your role will involve developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. You will work closely with the sales team to streamline order processing and prioritize customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

This challenging yet rewarding position requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering along with at least 10 years of experience in operations/service, including 5+ years in operations management within the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry (preferably Tower Cranes). The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of tower cranes, lifting equipment, and construction site operations. Excellent leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capabilities are essential for this role. Effective communication skills, familiarity with regulatory requirements in the construction equipment sector, and experience in fleet management are also key qualifications we are looking for. A Saudi driving license is required for this position.
