The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong planning skills to effectively meet the company's recruitment needs and attract skilled professionals across various organizational profiles using multiple platforms. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring that all profile requirements and company culture considerations are met through clear and concise job postings on both offline and online platforms.

The successful candidate will excel in brainstorming sessions with the in-house team, possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and have a proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring talented professionals within specified timeframes. Additionally, you must have expertise in conducting various types of interviews, including telephonic, lunch, puzzle, video, and group interviews. A background in Human Resource Management or related field is preferred to ensure that you bring the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role.
