As a Senior Architect at our firm, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and construction process of various projects. Your responsibilities will include reviewing architectural designs, drawings, and BOQs submitted by consultants or design teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations. You will also supervise the implementation of architectural works on site, working closely with structural and MEP engineers to ensure seamless integration of interdisciplinary designs.
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university (Master’s degree is a plus) and have at least 12 years of experience in architectural design and construction supervision. A strong portfolio showcasing experience in large-scale projects is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Lumion or Enscape is required. Knowledge of international and local building codes, sustainability standards, and construction methods is also necessary.
