As the Director of Strategic Planning, you will play a crucial role in developing and overseeing strategic plans within the organization. You will be responsible for formulating performance execution strategies and plans while ensuring proper implementation to achieve organizational goals. Your role will involve supervising daily operations within the strategic planning department, providing direction to achieve high-performance standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of strategic planning processes.
In addition to overseeing strategic plans, you will also be tasked with performance management, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), reviewing departmental targets for feasibility, and identifying risks and obstacles that may impact strategic goals.
