Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of this role include leading end-to-end deal processes encompassing origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of corporate finance transactions like M&A activities or capital raising initiatives. Building and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, institutional investors, and other stakeholders is paramount. Identifying new business opportunities through existing deal pipelines to meet or exceed revenue targets is essential. Key Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields; an MBA or relevant professional certification such as CFA or CPA is preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking focusing on the Middle East market is required.
