As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the financial month-end and year-end closing processes. You will manage the financial aspects of projects by handling budgeting, cost tracking, profitability analysis, and inventory accounting processes. Your role will also involve collaborating with project teams to provide insights into performance and cost control. Additionally, you will oversee project billing, revenue recognition, cash flow management, AR & AP teams' supervision for efficient billing processes.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who possesses strong knowledge of dealing with banks and has experience in developing strategies to optimize cash flow while reducing outstanding receivables. You will be expected to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports while conducting detailed financial analyses to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings. Your ability to conduct variance analysis between actual performance and budget/forecast will be crucial in maintaining accurate financial records.
