The OD Specialist will play a crucial role in conducting job analyses, developing job descriptions, and supporting the job grading process to ensure alignment with our organization's structures. Additionally, this role will involve designing and coordinating training programs for employees, tracking their effectiveness, and adjusting programs based on feedback and employee needs. The OD Specialist will also provide support in change management efforts by collaborating closely with the HR team to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational restructuring and cultural initiatives.

In terms of succession planning and career pathing, the OD Specialist will assist in developing career paths, identifying high-potential talent, and providing resources for their development and readiness for future roles. This information will be used to prepare reports and dashboards that track progress against organizational development objectives.
