As the Vice President of Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in directing our manufacturing strategy and operations. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing manufacturing strategies aligned with our business goals, managing production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. You will lead the manufacturing team by focusing on hiring, training, performance evaluation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through lean manufacturing principles.
Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with teams across R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain. Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and partners is essential for successful operations. Identifying and addressing risks in manufacturing operations while establishing business continuity plans to ensure consistent processes are also part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Operations Management with at least 15 years of manufacturing operations experience including 7 years in a leadership role.
