The Construction Manager will play a vital role in overseeing construction projects within NEOM, ensuring adherence to project goals, quality standards, and timelines. This position requires expertise in one of the following specializations: Construction QA/QC Manager, Project Control Manager, Lead Construction Manager, CSA Construction Manager (Civil, Structural, Architectural), MEP Construction Manager (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), or ICT Construction Manager (Information and Communications Technology). Responsibilities include leading construction activities within the chosen specialization area, coordinating with cross-functional teams, enforcing safety and quality standards throughout construction phases, developing project schedules and budgets, conducting site inspections and audits for compliance monitoring.
Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (Master's degree is a plus) with a minimum of 8 years' experience in construction management roles. Demonstrated experience in large-scale projects within telecommunications or infrastructure sectors is preferred. Proficiency in construction management software tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is required. Key competencies include exceptional leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, effective communication and negotiation skills under pressure situations. Fluency in English is essential with Arabic proficiency considered advantageous.
