As the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will be tasked with developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for all business units within the organization. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, planning, and measuring the impact of marketing and public relations initiatives both internally and externally. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position within the hospitality sector, with a strong track record of success. Additionally, candidates with GCC experience and new opening experience will be highly valued.

To excel in this role, you should possess an excellent academic background with either a BS degree in Management or a Master's Degree in Marketing. You must have expert knowledge of customer relationship management, data analysis, shopper habits and trends, as well as customer loyalty programs. Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms for customer-driven campaigns is essential for success in this position. The ability to deliver results for multiple stakeholders while building brand loyalty through cost-effective high-value campaigns is crucial.
