We are currently seeking a qualified Project Director to join our client's team in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in waste management and water infrastructure, playing a crucial role in the successful delivery of key projects that contribute to the development of urban areas. As the Project Director, you will lead and manage large-scale water infrastructure projects, overseeing all phases from planning to final delivery. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering consultants and major EPC contractors, will be essential to ensure project objectives are met within set timelines.

Key responsibilities for this role include providing expertise in commercial management, project controls, risk management, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will be tasked with leading multicultural teams towards operational excellence while maintaining strong client relationships. The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field along with at least 15 years of experience in the water industry or related fields.

The preferred candidate should have proven expertise in managing large-scale projects focusing on desalination and water treatment plants. Experience working with major EPC contractors and engineering consultants is highly desirable as well as a strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, and risk management.
