As the Regional Sales Director at Crayon, you will play a pivotal role in leading our account teams and driving engagement across our commercial and public sales organization in KSA. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong customer relationships while leveraging internal and external resources to deliver exceptional business outcomes. You will oversee a core account team comprising a Key Account Manager (KAM) and a Technology Solutions Manager (TSM), guiding them towards success through strategic planning and execution.

In addition to leading account teams, you will actively engage with the Saudi technology market to identify needs, strategies, and priorities that align with our business objectives. By spearheading technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives across KSA, you will drive value creation for our customers while contributing to overall business growth. Your role will involve defining strategies, setting objectives, and establishing a rhythm of business (ROB) for effective account and territory planning. Furthermore, you will be responsible for portfolio management to maximize existing opportunities and identify new business prospects.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses over 15 years of experience in Technology Sales with expertise in Cloud Services. Additionally, you should have at least 10 years of experience leading sales teams and driving organizational transformation. Demonstrated success in building high-performance teams and implementing strategies for business growth is essential for this role.
