Senior Commercial Manager

Currie & Brown, a leading global construction consultancy, is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will primarily focus on post-contract duties for key client commissions, supporting project leaders in achieving successful outcomes while sharing knowledge and enhancing our innovative culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate cost advice and reporting to clients, managing a team of cost, contracts, and commercial managers within live projects, analyzing project data efficiently, setting up workshops to achieve cost savings, delivering high-level strategic proposals as needed, and ensuring effective communication for successful project completion. Additionally, you will represent the company professionally in dealings with clients to maintain strong working relationships. Ideal candidates should have a BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent, be members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), possess pre and post-contract experience gained within a global construction consultancy environment, and demonstrate excellent technical writing and communication skills.

• Previous technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancy is required.
• Experience of working in a variety of sectors and projects in the Middle East region is preferred.
