As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets, mentoring and training a high-performing sales team, cultivating relationships with key clients in various industries, analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing (MBA is a plus), at least 5 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG or Horeca sectors focusing on Hygiene & Cleaning products, a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment, excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
