We are currently seeking a Sales Director for our Construction Saudi Cluster. In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue from exhibition stands and sponsorship packages to meet agreed sales targets. Collaborating closely with the Event Director, you will manage a network of overseas sales agents to drive sales growth. Your duties will include selling exhibition space and sponsorships in line with set targets, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring sales figures regularly on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of B2B sales management experience within the exhibitions/events industry. Familiarity with selling construction and design products/services is advantageous. Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients and partners across various mediums. You should be highly motivated with a proactive approach towards hitting and exceeding targets using KPIs as a motivational tool. Additionally, adaptability, collaboration skills, willingness to travel within the region as required are key attributes for success in this role.
