We are currently seeking a Manager of Facility Management to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As the Manager of Facility Management at DSV, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations to ensure efficient functioning, safety compliance, and a comfortable environment for occupants. Your duties will include managing maintenance programs, coordinating with external vendors, optimizing resource allocation, developing long-term planning strategies, enforcing safety protocols and regulations, implementing energy-saving initiatives, optimizing space utilization, developing emergency response plans, reviewing reports on maintenance activities and budget performance.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field with additional certifications being an advantage. You should possess several years of experience in facility management with strong leadership qualities to oversee staff effectively. Proficiency in facility operations, maintenance practices, safety regulations, communication skills to interact with stakeholders efficiently are essential. Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing needs in a fast-paced environment are also crucial for success in this role.
