**The Role**
As the Business Finance Manager at Edelman Saudi Arabia, you will oversee financial transactions, analyze reports, and monitor investment activities. Your role involves developing strategies to enhance the company's financial performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth. Operating in a fast-paced environment with complex structures, you will provide crucial financial insights to drive decision-making processes effectively.

**Key Roles And Responsibilities**
Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving client budgets, negotiating contracts between clients/vendors and internal stakeholders, managing project finances according to contracts, tracking monthly project budgets against actuals, aiding in client audits data collection, analyzing monthly budgets for accuracy, developing annual revenue/staffing budgets, facilitating billing/cash flow management processes, supervising project setup procedures for departments among other tasks.

You should possess at least 7 years of finance/accounting experience along with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/MBA/public accounting experience is advantageous). Proficiency in financial systems like Oracle or SAP as well as strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential. Being a team player capable of cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders to achieve common objectives is key. The ability to manage heavy workloads under tight deadlines is imperative.
