Planning Engineer

As a Planning Engineer at Egis Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities by gathering and analyzing information to prepare detailed progress reports. Your responsibilities will include assisting the project management team in planning, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on various projects through the use of dashboards. Additionally, you will contribute to program planning, analysis, and development activities while identifying and resolving any performance issues that may arise.

In this role, you will be expected to provide support in risk assessment and mitigation activities as well as prepare budgets and control expenses within the allocated budget limits. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, partners, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met or exceeded. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring program progress across all lifecycle phases, conducting periodic audits, generating audit reports for the Project Director, communicating program updates regularly, tracking expenses, identifying cost variances, providing corrective actions when necessary, and developing process improvements to achieve program objectives.
