As a Construction Project Manager at Egis, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction packages across multiple project sites. Working closely with the Leadership Team and Project Director, you will manage construction activities within set timeframes, budgets, and design requirements. Your role will involve leading on-site construction staff, coordinating project schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contractual obligations, as well as optimizing construction methodologies to enhance project efficiency. Additionally, you will play a key role in liaising with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to ensure seamless project execution.
To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in construction and project management. Strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and proven stakeholder management expertise are essential for success in this position. Proficiency in project management tools and software is required, while PMP certification would be advantageous.
