Elaf Group, a prominent hospitality company in Saudi Arabia dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences, is currently seeking a Corporate Director of Quality Assurance to join our team. As the Director of Quality Assurance, your primary responsibility will be to conduct scheduled audits in all hotel operations to assess adherence to Elaf’s Brand Standards. You will work closely with key stakeholders such as General Managers, Hotel Managers, and the Chief Hospitality Officer to discuss audit results and develop improvement plans that align with brand standards. Additionally, you will maintain the company's Brand Standards database, communicate new or updated standards to hotels, and monitor improvement plans for audited properties.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, with a Master’s degree in Quality Management preferred. A recognized Quality Auditor certification from an international body is also required. You must have at least 5 years of relevant experience within reputed hotel chains and five-star deluxe operations. Strong MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel, are essential along with knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) and quality control methodologies.
