The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain management roles is required, along with strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in supply chain management software. Experience in Saudi Arabia is essential, as well as proficiency in both English and Arabic languages. Desired skills include experience in FMCG supply chain operations, knowledge of international trade regulations, and project management skills.
