As the Country Manager at Equivator®, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our department with a focus on driving business development, increasing revenue, and maintaining quality targets. You will lead a team of Senior Business Developers to foster strong relationships with Building Materials Suppliers and Contractors while ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your role will involve conducting regular client meetings to review performance, share best practices, and identify areas for improvement.

In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will play a crucial role in developing strategic partnerships, identifying new revenue streams, and setting annual budgets aligned with the company's goals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with internal departments such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development to ensure seamless coordination across all functions.

The ideal candidate for this position holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration (a master's degree is preferred) along with extensive experience in B2B sales within the digital sector. Strong leadership skills, proficiency in English and Arabic languages, and expertise in software programs are essential requirements for this role. • Minimum of 10 years of B2B and corporate services sales experience in growing businesses, preferably digital organizations.
• Good startup experience in the Contractors, Building Materials Suppliers, and Heavy Equipment sectors across KSA.
