Construction Director

Evami Consultancy Services, a leading firm in the water infrastructure industry, is currently seeking a Construction Director to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. Our mission is to deliver high-quality projects that positively impact urban communities through the development of Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) networks, water transmission pipelines, pumping stations, and tanks. As the Construction Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all construction aspects of major TSE projects in densely populated urban areas. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing construction plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations. You will collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to seamlessly integrate construction activities within the overall project framework.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering with over 20 or 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale water infrastructure projects. Membership of chartered institutions is required. Additionally, expertise in constructing water transmission pipelines, pumping stations, and tanks is essential for this role. Strong leadership skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving capabilities are crucial for success as you mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams through complex projects within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment.
